I approach psychotherapy with the belief that increased insight, effective coping skills, and a strong therapeutic relationship are cornerstones to facilitating positive behavioral change. I work with teenagers and adults with a wide range of concerns. I help manage maladaptive thinking, challenging feelings, and behavioral patterns that interfere with your quality of life. I specialize in trauma.

I also work with clients to successfully navigate life stressors including relationship and work difficulties. I utilize a holistic therapeutic style, incorporating a multicultural and trauma-informed lens. Most importantly, I work with you to tailor treatment to best fit your needs.

Psychodiagnostic Assessment

Psychodiagnostic assessment is an empirically-based tool that can be utilized to better understand yourself and the challenges you face. Assessment involves a variety of measures and looks different for each presenting concern. It occurs over the course of several hours and you will be provivded with a report and feedback summarizing the findings.

Assessment may be useful if:

  • You have gotten multiple mental health diagnoses and would like a clearer diagnosis

  • You have a variety of presenting concerns and are trying to understand the root of your challenges

  • You are curious about a mental health or personality disorder diagnosis

  • You have struggled in school and work and wonder if you have attention and learning difficulties
